Using MyAvatarPic

These Terms of Service govern your use of MyAvatarPic.com and its profile-picture generation features. By creating an account, uploading an image, purchasing access or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.

Your photos and instructions

You keep ownership of the photos and instructions you submit. You give MyAvatarPic and its service providers limited permission to process them only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service.

• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not impersonate another person, mislead people about identity, or create unlawful, abusive, exploitative or non-consensual content.
• Do not upload sensitive images of children or content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights.

AI-generated results

AI output can vary. MyAvatarPic does not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular aesthetic result or acceptance by an employer, platform, government agency or other third party. Review every image before using it.

Generated images are illustrative creative outputs. A label such as “Formal ID” describes a visual style and does not mean an image is valid for passports, visas, licenses or other official documents.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and connected Google account secure and for activity under your MyAvatarPic account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Purchases and access

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Prices, applicable taxes and final purchase terms are shown before you pay. MyAvatarPic does not receive or store your full card number.

A $9.90 One-time purchase includes up to six completed generation sets. Lifetime access means access to the purchased MyAvatarPic product for as long as that product is operated; it is not a guarantee that the service will exist for the purchaser’s lifetime. Lifetime access currently includes up to 20 completed generation sets per calendar month, which may be used at any time within that monthly allowance. Safety and technical limits also apply.

Service availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or improve the service. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms. If a paid feature is materially unavailable, the Refund Policy describes available remedies.

Ownership and acceptable use

MyAvatarPic, its branding, software, interface and site content are owned by or licensed to the service. You may use generated results for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell access to, or bypass usage, payment or security controls of the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MyAvatarPic disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product, providers or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to mandatory consumer law.
